Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered to customers that received damaged items due to transit.  Kindly include full details such as your original purchase and photos of damaged items and  follow our Return Policy and we will sort that out for you. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We encourage our customers to verify their sizes in CM (centimeter) based on our size chart provided. As we only offer one-time size exchange for your orders. 

Exchanges

  • Wrong size order

If you ordered a wrong size, please contact us within 3days (after receiving the product). We offer a one-time replacement considering that the items were not used, it's in good condition & wrapped in the original packaging.

Our staff will then inspect the returned goods and proceed on exchange within 7days. If in any case that your shoe design choice doesn't have the desirable size or color, please confirm the acceptance of 2-3weeks production time; or  you may proceed on selection of a different design with the same value. Please note that the price difference will not be refunded. 

Shipping charges for size exchanges will be paid by the customer.

Fandré will only cover the shipping charges if the products received were damaged.

  • Products bought on discounted price or sale
Products that are purchased on discounted price or sale are final and irreplaceable.  No return, No exchange. 
*Please verify your sizes according to our chart measurement / ask help from us in order to get your correct size.*

Non-returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned.

  • Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items) or sale or discounted items. 
  • Slightly used & was not returned within 7days (after receiving the goods)
  • Discounted or sale products
  • Gift cards

Wrong Address / Unclaimed

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be then liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer is liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment unavailable for reshipping are then donated to charity (without issuing a refund).

 

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

 

Fandré reserves the right to refuse/decline/limit the returns or exchanges if the customer fails to fully comply with the terms & conditions provided.
