Shipping policy

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • Philippines: 1-3days 
  • USA: 3–7 business days | Europe: 3–8 business days | International: 10–20 business days
  • These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. 

Wrong Address / Unclaimed

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be then liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer is liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment unavailable for reshipping are then donated to charity (without issuing a refund).

Customs Duties, Taxes or Additional Shipping charges are not included in our price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation; we are not responsible for these fees. 

To avoid loss, please fill out the details properly such as name of the receiver and the full address including house/apt/unit/etc. We are not responsible for the insufficient address provided in the checkout page.

*We can not ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. At the moment we can not ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine. This list may change periodically depending on world events.
